About Us
Dr. Small is a native of Mobile. He attended Baker High School where he met his high school sweetheart and future wife, Sarah. Dr. Small attended the University of South Alabama where he earned a Bachelors degree in Biomedical Science.
Dr. Small moved to Birmingham to study epidemiology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Public Health. While working on his Masters degree, he decided to pursue a career in dentistry. He attended dental school at the University of Alabama School of Dentistry. In 2007, he received his doctorate in dentistry and his masters in public health. He then completed an advanced education in general dentistry residency through the Birmingham Veterans Administration Medical Center.

Dr. Young
Dr. Young was born and raised in the Mobile area. He graduated from UMS-Wright Preparatory School, where his interest in dentistry first began. He then moved to Tuscaloosa where he received his BS in Biology from The University of Alabama Honors College. Dr. Young attended dental school at The University of Alabama School of Dentistry in Birmingham, where he was awarded his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Dr. Young has returned home and is excited to be practicing general dentistry at Complete Dental of Mobile.
Katelyn
Dental Assistant
Katelyn started in the dental field in 2012. She is a certified CEREC trainer and loves surgical procedures! Katelyn was born and raised on the eastern shore. She is married to her husband Justin, and they have a beautiful boy, John.
Samantha
Appointment Coordinator
Samantha (Sam) started with Complete Dental of Mobile in October of 2020. She grew up in Central Florida and relocated to the Gulf Coast area in 1994. Sam is a very proud mom of two grown sons, Joshua and Bowen. When not at work she enjoys getting out into nature to pursue a new hobby in photography.
Alyssa
Dental Assistant
Alyssa is from Mount Vernon, AL. She has an associate degree in health science and is a certified dental assistant. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
Haley
Office Manager
Haley was born and raised on the eastern shore. She started in the Dental Industry in 2011. Haley graduated from Huntingdon College with a bachelors degree in business. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Zach, and has two beautiful daughters. She loves spending her free time at the beach.
Wendy
Dental Hygienist
Wendy was born in Monroeville, AL and raised in Mobile, AL. She started in the dental field in 1999 and received her dental hygiene license in 2002. She has been with Complete Dental of Mobile since it started in 2011.
Marsha
Dental Hygienist
Marsha started her career in dentistry upon completing her associates degree in dental assisting in 1998. In 2004, Marsha completed the Alabama Dental Hygiene Program and became a licensed dental hygienist. She has been with our team since the beginning in 2011.
Shana
Dental Assistant / Dental Hygienist
Shana was born and raised in Mobile. She has been in the dental field for over 20 years. She has extensive training in CEREC restorations. She is both a dental assistant and a licensed dental hygienist. She loves Alabama football. Roll Tide!!!
